Sitemate26.13.0 - App Store

The Sitemate App is the workforce app for the built world. One app for every site, every form, and every sign-on you need.

Each worker gets a free digital ID and a Wallet that travels with you between sites: a secure, contactless passport for inductions, visitor sign-ins, pre-starts, toolbox talks, timesheets, daywork sheets and permits, plus the licences and records that prove you can do the work.

It is built for everyone on site: employees and operators, contractors and subcontractors, and site visitors and external workers.

Your free digital ID, on every site

- Free for every worker. No paid subscription, no shared devices.
- A dynamic QR code that's yours across every site you work on.
- Get signed on in seconds: show your digital ID and a supervisor scans it to sign you onto site and documents.
- Scan a site poster to fill out and submit forms like timesheets and inductions.
- No email and no password. Get your ID by verifying your phone number.
- Your activity log keeps every submission and sign-on in one place.

Your Wallet: licences, cards and records in one place

- Store your credential cards: driver licences, passports, tickets and other ID, using standard templates for your region.
- Save completed forms like inductions and Verification of Competency (VOC) records, so you can produce them on the spot.
- Your Sitemate ID sits in your Wallet alongside everything else.
- Search your cards and saved forms by name.
- Fill a Dashpivot credential field straight from your Wallet, with your consent.
- Snap a photo of a new credential and the details fill in for you.
- Call it your Wallet or your Purse, your choice.

Submit forms in your own language, with Storm AI

For workers completing a Dashpivot form, Storm fills it in for you:

- Speak in your own language. Storm produces the form in the workspace's working language.
- Snap a photo of the work. Storm reads conditions, equipment and defects directly from the image.
- Weather, location, time, and crew context are pulled in automatically.
- You review and submit. Every record is a draft until you confirm.

Works offline, syncs automatically

- Submit forms even without internet access
- Cards and records sync once you are back online
- No lost paperwork, no rework

Part of the Sitemate platform

Sitemate is the front line AI company for the built world. The Sitemate suite of products includes Dashpivot, Gearbelt, the Sitemate App, and Flowsite.

Works with Dashpivot and Gearbelt

You do not need a Dashpivot or Gearbelt account of your own. When your company runs them, the Sitemate App is how you take part:

- Complete and sign Dashpivot forms: inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks, permits and method statements (SWMS/RAMS)
- Produce a licence or ticket from your Wallet straight into a Dashpivot form
- Scan a Gearbelt-registered asset to run a pre-start or inspection, or raise an issue
